Balanced Living is your path to a healthier, happier you. Through this program you will achieve optimal life balance through healthy eating, consistent movement and a well-balanced mental health. To achieve this, you will work with your coach on creating a plan that works for you. With their help you will identify your own goals and work towards them. Our program will guide you and encourage accountability through weekly meetings, ample resources, and the latest research available at your fingertips.

How much does a good quality of life mean to you? If it feels that it might be frivolous to “splurge” on health coaching now, consider this: studies have shown that individuals with unhealthy lifestyle habits, such as poor eating habits and a minimum of physical activity are more likely to develop chronic health conditions. This can include heart disease, diabetes, and certain types of cancers, which can lead to significant medical expenses over time. With our program, you are investing in your health and banking on a hefty return later on in your life.

What do we offer?

Our program focuses on moving towards a predominantly whole - foods diet through small, attainable steps while increasing the physical movement in your day to day life. We offer two paths for your journey: one on one coaching or a group setting. Both have their strengths depending on your preferences, and you can either follow the program on a month to month basis or choose one of our 3 or 6 months packages.
