We Guide and Support You

Balanced Living is a path of your design to a healthier, happier you. We will work with you on creating a plan that fits your needs and wants.

Our program offers two main modalities: 1:1 coaching or group coaching. Both modalities are virtual in nature. That’s right, you don’t have to rush anywhere. This program is accessible to you in your own space – wherever that may be.

1:1 coaching offers an opportunity to work with your coach individually. This will allow for a more individualized plan and a more intimate relationship with your coach.

Group coaching offers benefits of not only having the support of your coach but also your peers. Through group coaching, you can support one another and explore different points of views.

Each program will offer a clear plan of action, encouragement, accountability and support we all need on our path to our best selves.

Services

Break Down

One-on-One Coaching

One-on-one coaching will focus on your individualized needs and goals. After you create your plan of action with your coach, you will meet weekly to discuss progress or participate in a 1:1 class ranging from meal prepping, movement sessions or discussing & reviewing various educational materials that will help you stay motivated and on the path to your best self.

Group Coaching

Similar to one-on-one coaching, each participant will focus on their individualized needs and goals. However, you will be surrounded by your peers for support, ideas and encouragement. Each session will be lead by your "group coach", reviewing each other's progress. You will overcome your stumbles not alone but with a group of like minded individuals who prioritize their health and happiness.
